About Ted
What is your superpower?
Reasonably good guitar playing.
What is a fun fact about you?
Here are two fun facts: I studied with Jacques Derrida. I have a song on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
What is your vision for the future of technology?
The native web platform (HTML/CSS/JS) is adopting modern features at a much more accelerated rate than in previous years, which continues to reduce our dependence on large, proprietary frameworks. We will soon be able to deliver component-based experiences using native web technologies that are performant, accessible and largely agnostic to the device or viewport in which they are viewed. To me, this is a return to a more egalitarian web, and will ultimately allow us to provide the best possible experience to the largest number of users in a way that meets users where they are.
Move slow, fix things.
